Dr. Frank Musante chose Mystic for his practice because of the beauty & history of this part of the state. After selecting the location Dr. Musante went to “work” on the building itself. Dr. Musante designed and built Coastal Chiropractic & Family Wellness Centre himself. Because, Dr. Musante believes health and wellness come from strong foundation, he begins his treatments from the “ground up”. Problems of the foot are one of his specialties. A lot of problems start at the feet and move up to the legs, back and neck creating imbalances. These alterations if left untreated can lead to decreased function and pain in other locations in the body.
Dr. Musante completed undergraduate and graduate work at Ithaca College in Exercise Physiology. He continued his graduate work at Northeastern University earning a masters of science in Cardiopulmonary Physiology. He then went on to do medical research for Harvard Medical School where he published articles and abstracts prior to returning to the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic and earned a doctorate of Chiropractic degree. Dr. Musante is the father of a baby girl and a Rhodesian Ridgeback.
